Mr Van Niekerk is the Managing Director and founding member of Guscora. He was the founder and manager of Magnum Opus, the predecessor investment partnership that delivered returns in excess of 35% per annum from 2013 to 2016. He has extensive experience in JSE-listed equities and private equity. Mr Van Niekerk holds B.Com and MBA (cum laude) degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and has completed the CFA Charter.
Mr Cronjé is a Namibian attorney and notary public, and the founder of Cronjé Inc, a commercial law firm based in Windhoek. His practice focuses on complex commercial transactions, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, tax and corporate restructurings. He advises listed entities, private companies, financial institutions and investors.
Mr Pienaar is the Executive of Retail & Wholesale at AGRA Namibia and has more than 15 years experience in Auditing, Financial Services and Business Development. This time has been focused on insurance, motor industry, retail, property development and private equity investments. He is a CA(SA)(Namibia), registered with SAICA and ICAN, having obtained a B.Com Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch.
Mr Nienaber is a CA(SA) with experience in finance, operational execution, and business development. He started out at PwC and was involved in retail, mining, investment management and insurance with various directors’ roles along the way. Today he runs his own company. He leads with flexibility and enjoys the people and businesses he works with.
