Rudi van Niekerk - Executive Director
Mr Van Niekerk is the Chief Executive and founding member of Guscora. He was the founder and manager of Magnum Opus, an investment
partnership that delivered returns in excess of 35% per annum from 2013 to 2016. He has extensive experience in private equity and he still serves on the boards of investee companies. Mr Van Niekerk holds Bachelor of Commerce and MBA (cum laude) degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and is a CFA Charterholder.
Christiaan Cronje - Non-executive Director
Mr Cronje is a Namibian Attorney and a Notary Public. He holds degrees in both Accounting and Law from the University of Stellenbosch and a postgraduate diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts from the University of Johannesburg. He has been a member of various committees of the Law Society of Namibia and currently serves as a member of the Standing Committees on Law Reform, Taxation as well as Liquidations, Trusts and Estates.
Schalk Pienaar - Non-executive Director
Mr Pienaar is the General Manager of Kaap Agri Namibia based in Namibia and has 10 years experience experience in Auditing, Financial Services and Business Development. This time has been focused on insurance, motor industry, retail, property development and investments. He is a CA(SA)(Namibia), registered with SAICA and ICAN, having obtained a B.Com Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch.
Martin Nienaber - Non-executive Director
Mr Nienaber is an experienced finance executive who has been involved in financial management, business development and corporate finance for the past 14 years. He began his career at PwC before moving into retail, mining and investment management. During his career Mr Nienaber has proven himself to be a highly flexible leader that is passionate about the companies and people he works with. Mr Nienaber is a registered CA(SA).
